Murazzano pdo

This Toma cheese, the symbol itself of the cheese making tradition of Langhe region, has become Perla's flagship: the milk used to produce this absolute delicacy is milked from Langhe sheep, the native breed raised by Perla in its own farm in the municipality of Murazzano. The milk is then transformed on place where the Perla dairymen realise the unique and authentic Murazzano PDO and, carefully following the old traditional recipe, they combine their sheep's milk with the best Piedmontese cow's milk. The result is a feast for the palate: a masterpiece of sweetness with a perfectly balanced flavour.
