In Perla Nera, two excellent Piedmontese products, famous all over the world, meet together: semi-hard matured cheese and truffle. Thanks to the talent of Perla dairy masters, we obtain a product which is highly appreciated for its delicacy and precious for its top quality ingredients. The Langhe truffle is added during the processing of the cheese curd so that the two flavours can perfectly be mixed. Then, during a long and careful maturing period spent on wooden boards, the unique aroma of truffle can widely spread, adding a delicate and tempting note to each bite.
